Edizione invernale 2016 di Edible Artists Network, rivista americana di settore. In copertina una delle mie creazioni appartenente alle "concept cakes", un filone da me coniato che porta la mia impronta, tutta personale. Ideata per decoratori di qualsiasi livello, sempre con i minuti contati che non possono, per ovvie ragioni, dedicare ore ed ore ad una singola torta. Al contempo di particolare effetto e carica di suggestioni. Racconta una storia che ognuno può interpretare divertendosi con la propria immaginazione.

 This creation belongs to my personal new current of cakes, called “Concept cakes” conceived for decorators, at any level, looking for impact but with rationed amounts of time. It simply strikes the imagination. Easy to realize, precision is not required and it is fairly quick to produce. These cakes tell a story that anybody can read in a personal way.
